On October 9, 2015, our brother and friend HikmetPrizreni was arrested and he is threatened with deportation!
On that day Hikmet, accompanied by his brother Kefaet, went on an official visit to the Immigration Authority. The Clerk asked Kefaet to wait outside and secretly called the police. Hikmet was then arrested by the police on the basis of an invalid/void arrest warrant. In lightning speed, Hikmet was before the Judge and then taken to detention prison awaiting trial.
Because Hikmet’s status was ‘toleration’ (Duldung) he is now threatened with deportation to Kosovo. A country Hikmet does not know, and in which he, and as Roma, faces discrimination and violence.
Hikmet is also known to many as the artist Prince-H. He thrilled audiences with his energy and musical talent and often performed at cultural events and concerts for human rights. We know him as a creative, humorous, non-conformist who put his art in the service of living peacefully together, without discrimination or exclusion of other cultures.

…Innenansichten und kritische Perspektiven einer sich neu entdeckten “Willkommenskultur”.
Auf unserer Reise über den Balkan und Österreich nach Deutschland konnten wir uns ein eigenes Bild über die Situation an Bahnhöfen und Grenzstationen machen und sind mit Aktivist*innen in Kontakt gekommen, die eine kritische Perspektive auf die neuen Hilfsstrukturen eröffnen.
Dass Hilfeleistung wichtig ist, wird hier nicht in Frage gestellt. Doch erlauben wir uns in dieser kurzen Reportage einen kritischen Blick auf Handelnde und Initiativen zu werfen, die zwar helfen, das europäische Grenzregime aber kaum hinterfragen. Die Frage bleibt: Was müssen linke, antirassistische Aktivist*innen tun, nachdem wir Essen ausgegeben und Kleidung verteilt haben? Denn eines ist sicher: Europa wird keine „Refugee-Welcome“-Initiative.

A Sierra Leonean refugee named Oury Jalloh burned to death in Cell No. 5 in the city of Dessau, Germany.
The Date: January 7, 2005.
Police at the station have called it a simple case of suicide.
His friends and fellows have raised serious and disturbing questions, such as: how do you tie your hands and feet, and burn yourself to death?
Since that day to this, friends of Jalloh and anti-racist organizers havebeen trying to build a movement against racist violence, perpetrated by the State often, especially against African refugees like Oury Jalloh. Jalloh what 21 years old.
His case has raised did of similar incidents, of clashes between Black immigrants, and the German police. Like that of Dominique Kuomadio, another African refugee, who shot and killed what by German police on April 14, 2006.
When the German General Public Prosecutor given what the case, the conclusion that all but pre-ordained: self-defense.
Anti-racist Germans and refugee support groups there have organized to demand and fund corpse at x-ray of Oury Jalloh’s. This x-ray found he did suffered a broken nose, and serious trauma to his middle ear.
Earlier requests for search on examination were turned down by the State Prosecutor who said it was not necessary.
And while the cops who murdered may’ve-burned to death-a Black immigrant in a holding cell, to face almost certain impunity, activists who have spoken out against the cops are being sued for libel and defamation now.

Am 09.10.2015 wurde unser Bruder und Freund Hikmet Prizreni verhaftet und ihm droht die Abschiebung!
Als Hikmet seinen Bruder Kefaet zu einem Amtsbesuch begleitete, bat ihn die Sachbearbeiterin kurz vor der Tür zu warten und verständigte insgeheim die Polizei. Hikmet wurde daraufhin wegen eines nichtigen Haftbefehls von den Polizeibeamten abgeführt. In einem Blitzverfahren wurde Hikmet dem Haftrichter vorgeführt , und befindet zur in Untersuchungshaft.
Da er lediglich in diesem Land geduldet ist, droht ihm nun die Abschiebung in den Kosovo. Ein Land welches er nicht kennt und in dem er als Roma Diskriminierungen und Gewalt ausgesetzt ist. Hikmet vielen auch bekannt als Künstler Prince-H, engagiert sich mit seiner Musik und Tatkraft und tritt auf kulturellen und menschenrechtlichen Veranstaltungen auf. Wir kennen ihn als humorvollen Querdenker, der zum friedlichen Miteinander, ohne Diskriminierung und Ausgrenzung anderer Kulturen aufruft!
Hinter jeder Abschiebung steckt auch immer ein Mensch! In diesem Fall ist es Hikmet Prizreni. Lassen Sie uns gemeinsam gegen die Abschiebung von Hikmet die Stimme erheben, und fordern daher FREIHEIT und Bleiberecht Für HIKMET P. aka Prince-H !!!!
Presseerklärung/Resolution der TeilnehmerInnen der bundesweiten Refugee-Konferenz 21.-23.08.2015 in Hannover
Dieses bundesweite Treffen, organisiert vom Protestcamp der sudanesischen Geflüchteten auf dem Weißekreuzplatz in Hannover in Zusammenarbeit mit „Lampedusa in Hamburg“, dem „Refugee-Movement Berlin“ und der „Refugee-Bustour“, wurde unterstützt vom ver.di-Bildungswerk Niedersachsen, der Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Niedersachsen, der DFG/VK und dem Friedensbüro Hannover, radio flora sowie anderen Gruppen und Personen.
Drei Tage lang haben mehr als 150 Menschen aus dem ganzen Bundesgebiet sich über ihre Erfahrungen und Möglichkeiten des Widerstands gegen Alltagsrassismus und diskriminierende Asylgesetze ausgetauscht und beschlossen, sich künftig besser zu vernetzen und zusammenzuarbeiten. Die TeilnehmerInnen diskutierten in Workshops Fragen der aktuellen Asylgesetzgebung bzw. -verschärfung, die Situation in den Herkunftsländern der Geflüchteten und MigrantInnen und ihre Fluchtgründe sowie die spezifischen Anliegen, Forderungen und Aktionen von geflüchteten Frauen.

The German Judiciaries and administrative authorities work to protect police system, its brutality, its crimes, its abuses and its power of political repression against the refugee community. How the legal system works here in Germany could be observed once again yesterday for one more time – it is not about justice but moreover to protect especially police its brutality while executing racist laws and duty. For this reason the courts even join in to criminalize in an institutionalized fashion.
Yesterday was a very long day of prejudice and injustice – the court trial almost took 8 hours. It was another new experience for me to understand how this system can punish and criminalize you at the same long time and again and again.

Bus Tour activist released
the refugee activist, who was arrested on the bus-tour and was in danger
of being kept in deportation jail, has just been released again through
a good legal action by a lawyer.
Our 3 friends from Ohlauer out of Prison
Yesterday the the Berlin Amtsgericht sentenced our 3 friends who lived
in Ohlauer School.
After more than 4 and a half month in prison the 3 friends could leave
the prison yesterday afternoon!
All of them got a suspended sentence for about 1 year. They are condemned
of crimes they should have committed during the roof occupation in
June/July 2014.
Thanks to everybody for the solidarity! Only because of the support the
3 had good lawyer support and visits and support in every day needs. At
least the isolation system of prison could be broken a little bit.
There are still open lawyer and court costs, as most of the donation
until now were used for the daily needs of the 3 during their time in
prison.
