Hört auf, Eure rassistischen Gesetzesverschärfungen und Abschiebungen im Namen von Frauenrechten zu legitimieren!

Wir sind solidarisch mit den von den Ereignissen der Silvesternacht betroffenen Frauen und verurteilen jede Gewalt gegen jede Frau, aber die Reaktionen darauf seitens der Medien, der Politik und viele Stimmen aus
der Gesellschaft gegen Flüchtlinge und Migranten haben uns besonders bestürzt.

Heute gibt es eine rechte Demonstration in Potsdam, organisiert von der rechtspopulistischen Partei AfD, während die Gegendemonstration von uns Frauen in ihrer Nähe verboten wurde!

Wir möchten uns nicht ins Abseits drängen lassen und schicken hiermit an
alle unseren für dort geplanten Redebeitrag:

Die Ereignisse der Silvesternacht in Köln sind für keine Frau*, besser gesagt für keinen Menschen akzeptabel, völlig egal welcher Hautfarbe, Religion oder Herkunft. Was in Köln passiert ist, sollte nicht so dargestellt werden als wäre es der einzige Fall in dieser sogenannten zivilisierten Gesellschaft.Gewalt gegen Frauen hat sehr unterschiedliche Formen und wird von Männern weltweit ausgeübt, auch deutsche Männer sind Täter. Und nur die wenigsten Sexuellen Übergriffe und die wenigsten Vergewaltigungen werden in dieser Gesellschaft geahndet, geschweige denn strafrechtlich verfolgt. Flüchtlinge abzuschieben, um „Frauen zu schützen“ ist genauso absurd und verlogen wie Angriffskriege im Namen der Frauenrechte zu führen. Was dies für die Bevölkerung bedeutet, sieht man in Afghanistan: noch mehr Tote und Zerstörung.

We are happy to introduce you to our first broadcast of #Wearebornfree! Empowerment Radio (We!R) This is a radio programm organized by Refugees & Friends:

The current situation of refugees in Germany and Europe requires us to rethink political strategies. The current wave of welcoming culture is very important in order to show alternatives to the racist hatred that is getting stronger each day. At the same time this wave comes exactly at the time when our refugee movement has become very weak to almost not-existing. The so-called civil society chooses to be in the helping position instead of supporting self organized refugee resistance. This is a step back, it puts us back to being the helped, supposedly passive, object while the helpers are becoming a new lobby.

The 25th of Nov. as international day against violence against women is based on the killing the three sisters Patria, Minerva and Maria Teresa Mirabel in Dominican Republic. As partisans of a movement they were fighting against the dictatorship of Trujillo. For this fight they were paying with their lives. They were killed on a 25th of Nov. in the year 1960 by Trujillistas. Also the killing of Sakine, Fidan and Leyla on 9th of Jan, 2013 is showing that female partisans are still targets of extralegal executions.

Despite of international interventions the 26 year old Reynah Jabbari has been executed in October this year after years in in a death row, all because of killing her rapist, who has been a member of the secret service.

At least every third woman effected by violence

This year we like to attack the whole bandwith of women repressions, precisely warlike, violence against women on the run and in migration, domestic violence and violence in each social context against women.
