Radmila bleibt – alle bleiben!

Erklärung von Radmila zu ihrer Ablehnung als Härtefall durch die thüringer Härtefallkommission am 13.01.2016

Warum hat die Härtefallkommission meine Situation nicht in Betracht gezogen? Ich habe nicht erwartet, dass sie auf diese Weise entscheiden und ich werde weiter für mein Recht kämpfen.
Ich habe das Recht Aufenthalt zu bekommen, weil ich alleinstehend bin; weder in Serbien, noch in Deutschland habe ich Familie. Frauen in dieser Situation muss Aufenthalt gewährt werden. Ich sehe darin die Diskriminierung alleinstehender Frauen! Sie müssen aber von Deutschland geschützt werden, sie müssen aufgenommen und Aufenthalt muss gegeben werden.

Deutschland soll mir schriftlich geben, dass mein Leben in Serbien nicht gefährdet ist!

‘Laws were passed prohibiting marriage between Roma and non-Roma, and so began a horrific campaign of hatred against them which continues to this day. For 500 years Roma were sold into slavery, and in various countries Roma women were often forcibly sterilized (in the Czech republic this happened as recently as the 1970s). Millions of Roma were deported, their language and culture was criminalised, and they were hanged or otherwise executed in countries all over Europe’.
