important information for all refugees who depend on the ALB Brandenburg

Since beginning of the month of November the ALB Brandenburg is open on Tuesdays only. On all other days they will not prolong any Duldung or process any other claim of refugees depending on them!

###Protests against the racists NPD-demonstration in Eisenhüttenstadt and Fürstenwalde are planned### Abolish the lager-system!###

Upcoming saturday, the 3rd of August, the NPD is planning demonstrations in front of the lager in Eisenhüttenstadt and Fürstenwalde in order to build on racist resentments within part of the local population. We will not leave this provocation unanswered! Protests against the NPD actions in Eisenhüttenstadt will start at 9:30am. There is a bus leaving from Oranienplatz to Eisenhüttenstadt at 7.00 am. Come to Eisenhüttenstadt and Fürstenwalde on saturday to steal the neonazis the show and to fight the racist normality!

“Our answer to this inhuman cheap propaganda against refugees in Brandenburg and Berlin is solidarity and determination!”, says the press speaker of the network, Peter Frank.

PM (26.07.2013): Netzwerk Lager Eisenhüttenstadt – Protestierende Refugees und Unterstützer*Innen aus Berlin und Brandenburg

#### erneuter Skandal – Genadi K. am Donnerstagabend aus Krankenhaus entführt und rechtswidrig abgeschoben ### Abschiebehaft von Usman Manir aufgehoben, Deportation gestoppt ### Tuberkulose und Hepatits-C Fälle im Abschiebeknast — Ausländerbehörde und Innenministerium schweigen ### Besuchsrecht für Camp-Teilnehmer*Innen weiterhin eingeschränkt ###

Gestern Abend wurde der letzte noch im Hungerstreik befindliche Geflüchtete aus dem Eisenhüttenstädter Krankehaus heraus abgeschoben. Er
befand sich dort seit mehreren Tagen aufgrund seines instabilen gesundheitlichen, physischen und psychischen Zustandes. Er befand sich
ca. 14 Tage im Hungerstreik, mehrere Tage davon nahm er keine Flüssigkeit zu sich. Ein zuständiger Amtsarzt oder gar das Krankenhaus
selbst müssen ihm trotz Hunger- und Durststreik sowie psychotraumatischer bzw. Posttraumatischer Belastungsstörungen gestern eine “Haft- und Reisetauglichkeit” attestiert haben. Dieses Attest wird von Freund*Innen und Unterstützer*Innen sowie seiner Anwältin, die bis zuletzt zu ihm persönlich Kontakt hatten, mehr als angezweifelt!

Das Netzwerk bewertet den Besuch des Innenstaatssekretärs Rudolf Zeeb als reine Alibiveranstaltung zur Imagepflege und Wahlkampfpropaganda. In typisch unkonkreter Polemik wird reflexhaft wiederholt, was seit Jahren versprochen wird – bessere Versorgung, Unterbringung und Betreuung von Flüchtlingen. Passiert ist nichts.

STOPPT DIE DEPORTATIONSMASCHINERIE IN EISENHÜTTENSTADT!
SOLIDARITÄT MIT DEN GEFLÜCHTETEN IM HUNGERSTREIK!

Gefluechtete, die nach Eisenhuettenstadt kommen werden systematisch kriminalisiert, nur weil sie ihr Menschenrecht auf Asyl wahrnehmen moechten. Sie werden gefoltert auf verschiedenste Art und Weise. Dieses System funktioniert, weil die Polizei, die Ausländerbehörde, das Amtsgericht und die Betreiberfirma BOSS Menschen systematisch von dem Rest der deutschen Gesellschaft isoliert und sie nicht über ihre Rechte aufklärt. Es gibt keine Transparenz über das, was in dem Lager und dem Abschiebeknast vor sich geht.

The refugees coming to Eisenhüttenstadt are getting systematically criminalized for taking their human right of asylum. They are tortured in many ways. This system works, because the police, the foreign office, the court and the company BOSS systematically excludes people from the rest of the german society and don’t let them know their rights! There is no transparency or watching of what is going on in the lager and the deportation prison.
