Since beginning of the month of November the ALB Brandenburg is open on Tuesdays only. On all other days they will not prolong any Duldung or process any other claim of refugees depending on them!
Before going there make sure you check the opening hours in the internet.
The superior authority is the Fachbereich 5 in the Brandenburg Stadtverwaltung, at the Nikolai Platz 30:
Mrs. Hoffmann and Mr. Scharf. If you have problems you can always go and complain there.
